"On the back it says 1899 St Lawrence county and the single word "essex" . I guess that Ted Roosevelt is in there with a white suit behind the man standing up with a beard. I cant find any evidence of where Roosevelt might have visited St Lawrence county so this is a mystery. The picture was my great grandmothers from Boonville"
