Horace D. Ellsworth -  Here he is photographed as a Captain by Hall's Gallery of Photography of Nashville, Tennessee, with signs of a revenue stamp which would indicate this was taken in late 1864 or early 1865 after the 11th had been assigned to the Army of the Tennessee.
